Integration Details
Healthie's direct integration with Zoom enables providers to bring HIPAA-compliant telehealth to their practice. Healthie also offers a direct integration with Zoom for Healthcare, which allows providers to offer group video calls, virtual support groups, webinars, and virtual internal team meetings.
By integrating Healthie and Zoom, your business can:
- Automatically access Zoom, without having to pay Zoom's subscription fee.
- Generates unique Zoom links for every appointment to ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Easily conduct webinars which can be joined by anyone via the link, whether or not they have a Healthie or Zoom account.
- Use default features such as Zoom chat, screen share, and record session.
- Turn on additional features such as waiting rooms, breakout rooms, live captions, meeting co-host, cloud-recording, and more.

Use Zoom for 1-1 video visits or schedule Group visits to enable multiple providers or patients to join.
Webinars
By using the Group call feature, you're able to host what are essentially webinars for your clients. Note: We are not referring to Zoom's Webinar product.
Recording (to Local Device)
When using Zoom on your computer you can set your session to record. When you are completed with the session, the recording will download as an mp4 file onto your computer.
