Through the integration, Zocdoc will pull your availability from Healthie.
Yes!Â
Today, Zocdoc only sends back in information related to the appointment. If a new patient schedules with you through Zocdoc, then Zocdoc will both create the patient in Healthie and create the appointment. If you use Zocdoc for intake, that information is not pushed back into Healthie today.
Zocdoc's integration is focused on reading your availability and pushing scheduled appointments back into Healthie. The integration stops there. Therefore, once the appointment is in Healthie, your account should operate as expected.Â
Yes, when activating this integration you will need an API Key for each sub-org. If you do not have sub-orgs, you can ignore this.
