Healthie utilizes Twilio to automatically send SMS communications to your clients, with appointment reminders and confirmations available for all membership tiers. For Healthie Members on the Enterprise Tier with the semi or full web white-label, Healthie offers the ability to connect your Twilio account with Healthie, in order to use your own phone number to send and receive SMS communications.

By integrating Healthie and Twilio, your business can:
- Use its phone number to send and receive SMS communications.
- Leverage other capabilities & integrations that Twilio offers with the same number that clients will receive important communications (via Healthie's SMS capabilities) from.
- Use texts to serve as appointment reminders, and allow customers to confirm appointments via text.

Bring Your Own Twilio Account
If you have your own Twilio account or would like further customization than what's readily available in Healthie, you can bring your own Twilio account to Healthie. In order to connect your Twilio account you will need to purchase the Enterprise add-on, Semi or Full Web White label.
Twilio from Healthie
By using Healthie you do not need to create your own Twilio account. In your settings, you can configure what email and SMS communications Healthie sends on your behalf.
