AI Receptionist Agent
Our agent can triage inbound calls to intake new patients, or identify existing patients based on their phone number, and respond to any inbound questions that they have with all their profile's history as part of the context to answer. The agent can also book appointments, provide insurance verification, and register every interaction.
Rescheduling Agent
Our Agent is triggered by a cancelled appointment or no-show to call patients, reschedule with them, and create the appointment in Healthie. If the patient doesn't pick up, we can set an automatic retry or an SMS to continue the flow via text.
Pre-Appointment Agent
Our agent can send pre-appointment reminders in a cadence that you can customize to what works best with your populations.
Post Visit Follow-up Agent
Our agent can reach out to patients to check if they are taking their medication, and check in with their symptoms, reporting anything that needs human oversight in Healthie.
