For example, when a patient submits a sign-up form through your website, Morf can automatically create a patient record in Healthie, your patient messaging software, and your RCM. When that patient’s appointment is upcoming, Morf can check to see if they’ve completed their intake forms and if not send a reminder through a tool like Spruce Health. So far, Morf has helped streamline onboarding for over 50,000 patients.

Integration Details
Morf can receive data from any of Healthie's webhooks listed on this page, and use that to trigger workflows or send data to your other tools destinations.
A common use case we see is around patient sign-up and onboarding.
For Morf customers that use both Formsort and Healthie, Morf can receive data from Formsort, enable Healthie customers to embed a booking flow in Formsort, and then use it to schedule an appointment, create a patient record, add insurance information in Healthie.Â

We charge based on monthly active patients. An active patient is someone we process data for that month. This allows us to provide entry-level pricing that starts at $100/mo and evolves as your patient panel scales and the complexity of your operations increases.Â
