Healthie's Calendar can be integrated with Google Calendar to streamline your operations, prevent appointments from being booked when you are unavailable, and make it easy to manage and align your schedule in one place. Integrating your personal and professional calendars prevents double booking while benefiting from Healthie calendar features, such as automated confirmation and reminder emails/SMS (text) messages.
By integrating Healthie and Google Calendar, your business can:Â
- Set up a sync with multiple calendars, including Google Calendar to pull other calendar details in Healthie.Â
- Improve scheduling as clients will not be able to book over appointments or blocks on alternative calendars as these will override professional weekly availability.Â
- Protect PHI as Healthie's Calendar will not push the name of a client onto your External Calendar, unless you have a BAA with that calendar provider.
- Push Healthie appointments to your Google Calendar, however Healthie can only push to one type of outside calendar.
