ClaimMD is Healthie's latest built in integration offering claim submission and real-time eligibility checks.
Founded in the early 1980s, many of ClaimMD's first providers are still customers. Their first systems were developed as custom solutions for doctors who were pioneers with electronic claims. Since then ClaimMD has continued to build new and enhanced services as we serve a vast array of providers and payers. Their extensive insurance network links providers to Medicare, Medicaid, Blue, and thousands of commercial insurance companies across the country.

Integration Details
Today, Healthie's integration gets real time eligibility results and displays it on the patient profile in formatted text. In a future version, we will further enhance moving the data into discrete fields.Â
For claim submissions, you can submit completed CMS1500s to ClaimMD. In order to submit the claims to payors, you will need to log into ClaimMD and approve the claims for submission.

After signing an addendum, Healthie will create your account and invite your admin to ClaimMD. From here, you can implement at a pace you need.Â

From a patient's profile, with one click you can run a patient's eligibility and instantly get the results back into Healthie.
Claim Submission
Submit CMS1500s from Healthie to ClaimMD so you can review and approve them in ClaimMD before submitting to payors.

Accept Your ClaimMD Invite
After signing your addendum, Healthie will initiate your invite to ClaimMD. Once logged in, you're able to set up users, complete provider enrollment, and more.
